This is a workers compensation case in which plaintiff, Izzat Nasser, recovered benefits for total and permanent incapacity in a trial before a jury. The primary question on appeal is whether Nassers injury was sustained in the course of his employment. The court of appeals held that it was not and reversed the judgment of the trial court and rendered judgment that Nasser take nothing. 704 S.W.2d at 391. We disagree with the court of appeals and reverse the judgment of the court of appeals and remand this cause to that court for further consideration consistent with this opinion.
